What is included in each gift box?

Each box contains a carefully selected compilation of specialty items – we love to support small businesses and include locally made, unique products. We also strive to include products that are practical and useful for consumers, that can be used in the months or years to come. The contents of a box can be modified based on retailers’ preferences and product availability. We make every effort to find items that retailers want included in their order. We use sturdy, magnetic gift boxes without branding for easy shelf storage and shipping, and simple, versatile gift wrapping. A gift tag is added based on the theme of the box. Finally, shrink wrap is added as the last step to minimize product damage during shipping and storage. 

How do you select items for your baby gift boxes?

We strive to make the items and supplies in our baby gift products as useful as possible for new parents! We select officially licensed, gender-neutral clothing items (in size 3-6 months to optimize length of wear) and essentials, appropriate for the climate, that can be mixed and matched. We ensure a developmentally appropriate book and plush / toy is included in each box for the new child's enjoyment.

Can I modify the items in a gift box?

Yes! We are happy to create a custom gift box for your customers based on your inventory, suppliers, or preferences and product availability. We can provide you with a custom mock-up and quote per your specifications.

Can you personalize items within a gift box?

We are unable to personalize merchandise at this time. However, specific items in boxes can be easily personalized with names, numbers, etc. by stores / businesses who have the capability to offer this service to their customers.

Do you take recommendations for products to include in your gift boxes?

Yes! If you have or know of a product or item you would like included within our gift boxes, feel free to contact us. We are always on the lookout for new items that meet our standards of quality and aesthetic.

Can I order individual items directly from your site?

Unfortunately, we are a wholesale business that supplies online and retail stores only. But a list of stores where our products are featured will be added to the website shortly.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes, we have a $100 order minimum and 5 unit minimum for custom orders.

Do you provide discounts?

We are happy to provide free delivery within the Seattle area to avoid the cost of shipping.

Can you send me product samples?

Unfortunately, we are unable to supply samples. All of our products are custom orders we carefully design and assemble per input and direction from retailers. But we are happy to put together a visual mock-up of products prior to ordering.

How long do orders take to ship?

We make every effort to expedite orders and ship within 1-3 days for our inventory on hand. However, many of our gift products are handmade special orders with products sourced from multiple vendors, it can take on average of 2-3 weeks for custom orders to be shipped.  

What are your wholesale policies for product purchasing?

Please note, our products are offered at wholesale cost to retailers who possess a valid sales permit ID for the purpose of resale only. Generally, our wholesale products are priced 50% below our MSRP. Due to this savings, we have certain criteria that must be met in order to open a wholesale account:

– You must complete a wholesale account application, providing your EIN, and Sales & Use Tax ID.

– Your store must meet the standards of Celly Gifts and not dilute the image we promise to uphold for our wholesale business customers.

– We reserve the right to cancel an account if Celly Gifts products are not being well maintained, stocked in suitable temperatures, displayed well, kept in overall good condition or if the account changes ownership. Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or falsely representing products as your own is strictly prohibited. Our gift products can only be sold at physical location(s) provided to Celly Gifts at the time of order, and all products must be sold under and by the company whose TAX ID number is on file. Our products cannot be sold at temporary locations not previously approved by Celly Gifts (ex. craft shows, festivals, pop-ups). Our products cannot be sold at consignment shops, secondhand stores, or stores that contain previously owned products (without prior approval).

Specific Internet Retailer Requirements: Online storefronts must have privacy and customer service policies in place, as well as, overall business ethics that are compatible with those of Celly Gifts. It is crucial to us that Celly Gifts remains a reputable and trusted brand. All internet resellers must have a web address of their own to sell Celly Gifts products. You may not use a subdirectory of another company’s URL, such as an Amazon.com storefront. Additionally, you cannot sell products through any online auction site such as eBay. Celly Gifts products should be represented as part of a category of like products and should make up only a portion of the offerings sold online by the web retailer. All Celly Gifts material (including text from our website, ads, photos, product info and other written documentation) may be used only with the express written consent of Celly Gifts. The presentation of the Celly Gifts line on your site must clearly differentiate itself and must not confuse a “reasonable consumer”. Celly Gifts will review your website prior to setting up an account and reserves the right to refuse sales at its discretion. Celly Gifts will also review your site periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with this policy.

Territory Limitations: The sale or distribution of Celly Gifts products outside the United States or to a third party other than an end consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Celly Gifts.

Customer accounts are typically reviewed annually. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible with those of Celly Gifts. Please see our Terms of Service and Return policies for additional information and criteria for account holders.

By placing a wholesale order, you are stating that you understand and adhere to all policies set forth by Celly Gifts.

What are your payment and shipping options?

Order Fulfillment: We do our best to expedite orders, however, fulfillment can take up to 4-6 weeks for special orders depending upon product availability, shipping times and order size. Therefore, all wholesale customers are asked to plan accordingly. If we encounter any problem(s) with fulfillment, you will be notified as soon as possible to determine a path to resolution. If all products in your order are in stock and available, you should receive your order within 2-3 weeks. Please specify in the comments section of your order if you would like items to be sent as they are ready or held until the order is able to be shipped in full. Additional shipping fees may apply to divided orders. Celly Gifts reserves the right to refuse any order felt to be fraudulent.

Wholesale Payments: Orders must be paid for in full in U.S. currency prior to shipment. We accept all major credit cards including AMEX, debit cards, and payment through PayPal & Venmo. At this time, we do not offer payment terms (Net 30, 60, 90, etc.), however, Pay Later can be utilized through PayPal. All credit card charges will appear on your statement as Celly Gifts.

Shipping & Handling: Because the weight of each custom order varies, we offer flat rate shipping via USPS Ground. All orders will have Delivery Confirmation added. Orders shipped via USPS will require mandatory insurance based on the wholesale value of the order. If you would like us to use your shipping account, please provide us with all necessary account information. Celly Gifts is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.

What are your return and refund policies?

RETURN POLICY: Celly Gifts will accept returns within 5 days of order delivery.  There is a 15% restocking charge for all returned orders.

Returns & Restocking Fees: We stand behind our custom products and want to maintain a great relationship with our retail partners. All wholesale orders come with a 5-day money back guarantee. Items must be in resalable condition. Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds 
If you have been notified that your refund has been processed, however, you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cellygifts.com

Canceling / Changing Your Order: Due to our size and expedient fulfillment process, we move pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. However, you may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours.

Lost Orders: Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.

Exchanges
We inspect all individual items before placement into our gift collections for defects or damage prior to wrapping. Therefore, we only replace defective or damaged boxes/containers. Be sure to inspect your products once you receive them. If your products are damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 5 business days after arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced after the damaged merchandise has been returned to us. Any damaged or missing orders must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the products. If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, simply email us at info@cellygifts.com. When returning your item, use the original packaging and ship to Celly Gifts, 11700 Mukilteo Speedway, Suite 201-1073, Mukilteo, WA 98275.

Return Shipping
All returns should be in the original packaging and shipped to Celly Gifts, 11700 Mukilteo Speedway, Suite 201-1073, Mukilteo, WA 98275.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for item(s) they are returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If shipping any item over $75.00, please consider utilizing package tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive returned items.

What is your Privacy Policy?

Please believe us when we tell you that we hate spam just as much as you do! We take the responsibility of maintaining and protecting our customers’ data very seriously. When you make a purchase or attempt to purchase through our website, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. This order information we collect is generally used to fulfill orders (including processing payment, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and order confirmations). We will never willfully share or sell your information.  Additionally, we use this order information to communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, improve and optimize our website, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. When you place an order through our site, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and/or until you ask us to delete this information.

The only automatic subscription occurs for our customers who will be added to a customer list to be notified of any important changes in policies, events, promotions and things of similar important nature that directly affect their account and sales. All sensitive information entered online is encrypted and transmitted using up-to-date security encryption software.


We may elect to update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

This website is operated by Celly Gifts. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Celly Gifts. Our store is hosted on BlueHost with WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Wholesale customers must create an account that is subject to our approval. Once approved, wholesale customers will have password-protected access to our wholesale site. We reserve the right to refuse service and wholesale access to our store for any reason at any time. 

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on our store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

There may also be color variances due to the handmade nature or materials use that are beyond our control. 

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
