What is included in each gift box?

Each box contains a carefully selected compilation of specialty items – we love to support small businesses and include locally made, unique products. We also strive to include products that are practical and useful, that can be used in the months or years to come. We use sturdy, magnetic gift boxes without branding for easy shelf storage and shipping, and simple, versatile gift wrapping. A gift tag is added based on the theme of the box. Finally, shrink wrap is added as the last step to minimize product damage during shipping and storage. 

How do you select items for your baby gift boxes?

We strive to make the items and supplies in our baby gift products as useful as possible for new parents! We select officially licensed, gender-neutral clothing items (in size 3-6 months to optimize length of wear) and essentials that can be mixed and matched. We ensure a developmentally appropriate book and plush / toy is included in each box for the new child's enjoyment well into their toddler years.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you wish to check on the status of your order at any point, you can call us at (360) 230-8717 from 9 AM - 5 PM PST, or email us at info@cellygifts.com. We will
respond within 24 hours.

What are your return and/or shipping policies?

Can I modify or personalize the items in a gift box?

We are unable to make modifications or personalize merchandise within our gift products at this time.

Do you take recommendations for products to include in your gift boxes?

Yes! If you have or know of a product or item you would like included within our gift boxes, feel free to contact us. We are always on the lookout for new items that meet our standards of quality and aesthetic.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.

How long do orders take to ship?

We make every effort to expedite orders and ship within 1-3 days.

What if my order is damaged during shipment?

In cases where an order arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged package by either emailing us at info@cellygifts.com or by calling (360) 230-8717 so we can rectify the issue.

What are your wholesale policies for product purchasing?

Please note, our products are offered at wholesale cost to retailers who possess a valid sales permit ID for the purpose of resale only. We have certain criteria that must be met in order to open a wholesale account:

– You must complete a wholesale account application, providing your EIN, and Sales & Use Tax ID.

– Your store must meet the standards of Celly Gifts and not dilute the image we promise to uphold for our wholesale business customers.

– We reserve the right to cancel an account if Celly Gifts products are not being well maintained, stocked in suitable temperatures, displayed well, kept in overall good condition or if the account changes ownership. Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or falsely representing products as your own is strictly prohibited. Our gift products can only be sold at physical location(s) provided to Celly Gifts at the time of order, and all products must be sold under and by the company whose TAX ID number is on file. Our products cannot be sold at temporary locations not previously approved by Celly Gifts (ex. craft shows, festivals, pop-ups). Our products cannot be sold at consignment shops, secondhand stores, or stores that contain previously owned products (without prior approval).

Specific Internet Retailer Requirements: Online storefronts must have privacy and customer service policies in place, as well as, overall business ethics that are compatible with those of Celly Gifts. It is crucial to us that Celly Gifts remains a reputable and trusted brand. All internet resellers must have a web address of their own to sell Celly Gifts products. You may not use a subdirectory of another company’s URL, such as an Amazon.com storefront. Additionally, you cannot sell products through any online auction site such as eBay. Celly Gifts products should be represented as part of a category of like products and should make up only a portion of the offerings sold online by the web retailer. All Celly Gifts material (including text from our website, ads, photos, product info and other written documentation) may be used only with the express written consent of Celly Gifts. The presentation of the Celly Gifts line on your site must clearly differentiate itself and must not confuse a “reasonable consumer”. Celly Gifts will review your website prior to setting up an account and reserves the right to refuse sales at its discretion. Celly Gifts will also review your site periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with this policy.

Territory Limitations: The sale or distribution of Celly Gifts products outside the United States or to a third party other than an end consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Celly Gifts.

Customer accounts are typically reviewed annually. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible with those of Celly Gifts. Please see our Terms of Service and Return policies for additional information and criteria for account holders.

By placing a wholesale order, you are stating that you understand and adhere to all policies set forth by Celly Gifts.

As a retailer, can I create a custom product for my store?

Yes! General gift products based on an occasion, sport, activity, or location can be designed and supplied. But if you have an idea for a unique gift item you would like to offer your customers, contact us to generate a mock-up and free quote.

What is your Privacy Policy?

Details of our policy can be found here. But please believe us when we tell you that we hate spam just as much as you do! We take the responsibility of maintaining and protecting our customers’ data very seriously. When you sign up for email notifications, make a purchase, or attempt to purchase through our website, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. This order information we collect is generally used to fulfill orders (including processing payment, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and order confirmations). We will never willfully share or sell your information.

Additionally, we use this order information to communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, improve and optimize our website, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. When you place an order through our site, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and/or until you ask us to delete this information.
