RETURNS & SHIPPING

We stand behind all of our products here at Celly Gifts and want to maintain a great relationship with our customers and retail partners. We inspect all individual items before placement into our gift collections for defects or damage prior to wrapping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a refund within 30 calendar days from receipt of purchase. If the product is damaged, customer service may request photos of the item/items.

Conditions for voluntary returns:

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
  • Item(s) must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition from a smoke-free environment.
  • Item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition.
  • Item must have been purchased directly from our online store and be accompanied by an original purchase receipt. Please do not send items back to the product manufacturer.
  • Only product costs will be refunded: original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • The customer must cover return shipping costs: you may ship the returned products via any method of your choice.
  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to change an item, you will need to return it for a refund and then re-buy your item of choice.

All returns should be in their original packaging and shipped to: Celly Gifts, 11700 Mukilteo Speedway, Suite 201-1073, Mukilteo, WA 98275.

If shipping any item over $75, please consider utilizing package tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive returned items.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days after confirmation of receipt from our warehouse. Please note that there may also be delays with your credit card provider. If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, any refund will be credited back to that account. This policy only applies to retail orders placed directly on our online website.  If you purchased your product from other retailers or websites, we cannot process a return and suggest you contact the location or company you purchased from.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have been notified that your refund has been processed, however, you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cellygifts.com

CANCELING / CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Due to our size and expedient fulfillment process, we move pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. However, you may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours.

LOST ORDERS

Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced.

WHOLESALE RETURNS

All wholesale orders come with a 5-day money back guarantee. Items must be in resalable condition. Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING

Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.

Actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to these general shipping times below:

  • On average, orders usually ship 1-3 business days from the date the order was placed.
  • Orders may arrive approximately 3-10 business days after being shipped.

    Please note: During busy shipping times and high order demand (ex. around major holidays), carrier services may need an additional 7-15 business days to for package delivery.
